Pecan Tarts for desert....like mini pecan pies. They are so delicious and one of
Mega's ( Dave's Grandmother's) recipes

Dave roasted a prime cut of beef for Christmas Dinner for about 5 hours at 200 degrees in the oven. It was delicious. He made a homemade
AuJus and a horseradish sauce for dipping and served it with mashed
potatoes and a beautiful strawberry, pecan, and
bleu cheese salad. Topped with a homemade poppy dressing.
