Cautious Caroline!

Cara is quite cautious when she is exploring. She is not a rough and tumble kind of 9 month old. She moves ALOT but is very careful with every move she makes. Now this doesn't prevent ALL falls but for the most part...it helps!

9 months PEOPLE!

Ok- so for starters I must say that I have to start blogging more than once a month and will now that my camera has fewer pics.

Lil Precious angel from heaven is just growing up I feel like. She turned 9 months on the 27 of January@!!!! Crazy I know. She has had an extremely laid back January. She really is almost walking. She can stand alone now and actually took a step the other day!!!! She says dada, babab, papa, heyyyyy, aweee, and several other barely visible or should I saw depictable words.

She is eating well! Baby food is still the main source of nutrition consuming now three meals a day of greens, starches, and meats...that's right turkey and chicken. She also consumes about 25 ounces of similac sensitive. We have introduced her to grits, eggs, bread, pizza, noodles, avocado, hummus, and really anything we are eating that I think she would like to try. And she LOVES whatever we are eating. But we don't let her make a meal off of anything but her homemade baby food.

Despite so many teeth, she is still biting and nawing on everything in site. She loves to stand and she loves to pull her toys out of her toy baskets. She is just beginning to really enjoy her books. She used to just enjoy one or two. But lately, she seems really interested in many of them. She literally LOVES my cell phone, paper, remote, phone, shoes, socks, clothes, or really anything she can't have. She looks around at all these toys I have bought and heads straight for a cord behind the recliner....I'm like seriously Caroline?!!

She is sleeping fairly decent. She has had another episode of ear infections. This time just in one ear. But that has disrupted her night time ritiual.

As for what brings her joy, I would say her Daddy, her Granna, her Grandaddy, Gay-Gay and Ninnie(Janine) noticed I didnt say PaPa...she is afraid of Dad...awe!!! She will warm up I just know it! Esp. when he is the only one who will play with her!

She loves the pink car Robin gave her. She loves to go outside though we haven't done it much. She LOVES to go up and down the stairs and shakes her little feet and squeals when we do! She is not having terrible anxiety right now either. I mean she knows strangers but still breaks out into BIG SMILES when ANYone smiles at her. She is just PRECIOUS in every way!

Finally Blogging Again!

Ok-so those of you that don't really know Dave should know that I couldn't raise this kid without him. He helps me so much!!! Tonight he went to CVS and put all of my 3500 pics on a CD that allowed me to then come home and blog. I had to many on the camera for the computer to be able to download them. So thanks DAVE!!!!!!

Thought these were funny because I took some of her wearing this same little top about two months ago and boy how she has grown...she stood up on her on for like 30 seconds today!!!

Packing Up

Well-tonight I finally had to pack up another load of precious angel's clothes. She is out of her 6 months stuff and some of her 6-9 month. She is now in 9-12 month. And it was so SAD!!!! The memories we had in those precious little carter onesies....makes me tear up just looking at them. They may be just clothes to any one else, but I will cherish them forever and I don't think I can ever give them away. If I have another girl-she can wear them. If not, I might even put them on my little boy. Just too precious to part with.....if the house was burning, I would grab her, pictures of her, and now on that list is her baby clothes!!! Dave would have to fend for himself...

Great Start to 2010!

Dave got promoted today from Sales Rep to Sales Manager! He is so excited. During the celebration I snapped few pics and lil bit fell asleep!

I am growing daily people!! Better get ready I'll be walking soon! That's why Mommy and Daddy had to quickly put up gates...to cage me in one place!!!
