God Bless America!!!!!!! And Umbrellas!

As tradition would have it, the Holleys, my parents and the Bensons celebrated July 4th together this year.  Weather has been amazingly rainy the past week and I mean RAIN.  Heavy downpours delayed the 4th celebration and then last night as we were standing in line, a thunderstorm hit and 1100 people packed in to Cherokee Country Club dining room.  We were able to play games, get faces painted, balloons made, and ride a pony all in the nick of time!!!! And as you can see by the pics rain or shine, my family knows how to celebrate America and enjoy themselves when it comes to the 4th or 6th!

A Summer of Family Time!

Campbell getting lots of love cousin Emma Kate! For years and years now, the Holleys come up for the July 4th and this was the kick off!

Angel from heaven Campbell has been warming our hearts DAILY! She is so precious and is so hysterical and wide open.  She knows ALL her body parts.  If you say, "What hurts?" She will point to her hand! She loves to go get books and have them read to her.  She loves cows and chicks.  She also loves Caroline and literally tries to do anything she does.  Recently, while Caroline was practicing her gymnastics, Campbell did a forward roll!!!! She is talking a lot too!!! I can't quite make out the words, yet but lots of DaDa and Doooos, and ohhhhhs, and heeeeys.  And babbling.  She knows everyone and listens intently to what we are saying.  I LOVE that baby so much! She is just plain delicious!
