Happy Birthday Caroline my precious angel from heaven!!!!!  Well, three years ago we had our first little baby girl.  Where have the years gone? Caroline is such a light in our life.  She is funny, sassy, inquisitive, smart and sweet.  We love her to pieces and were excited to celebrate her life with a big fun party! Pre-school, church, and other friends joined for a farm party. The weather was perfect.  The food was good though they brought tons!!! And the crowd and animals were a hit.  We had a blast and laughed and laughed about the fact that goats, a cow, and an alpaca were in my backyard.  A pony ride caped off the day.  I did have a nasty cold that left me tired immediately following the end of the party.  I went up stairs and nursed Campbell while Caroline jumped the entire rest of the day with Taylor! It was a special weekend.  Thanks Nana and GaGa for ALL the help!! And for the beautiful cake!!!

What a third week? Caroline came down with a 102 fever Saturday morning and we have been praying and firngers crossed Campbell doesn't get it.  With the possiblitiy of a spinal tap if precious Campbell gets it, I have been on heightened alert. There is only so much you can do to keep a three old obsessed with baby dolls away from a newborn baby.  The nurse instructed me to "keep them three feet apart"! Yeah Right! That's comical.  So far so good, though, with Campbell.  Me not so much.  Caroline and I are now both sick....with a hacky cough. Hoping this passes before the BIG 3 BIRTHDAY celebration and without affecting our most vunerable.

As for the above pics, well, they just highlight this precious child from heaven.  She is the BEST baby.  Eats, sleeps like an angel.  I'm like, "is there something wrong with her".  She never cries.  Maybe I have forgotten but it seems like Caroline cried more than Campbell.  Its amazing what you forget.  But the bottom line for us is Campbell is a good baby. Thank the Lord.  She is going between 4 and 6 hours at night.  And sleeps a lot during the day as well.  Mom says she is just content.  Some of these pics were taken the other morning right after her 9am feeding....she was alert and happy!
