Rob and Jenny Wed!!!!

Rob and Jenny wed this past Saturday in the Hampstead area of Montgomery. I worked with Jenny during college at the Veranda and we remained friends through the years. She and Mike became friends when they were both in Dallas. Years go by and memories are made and then she meets this special guy named Rob... and the rest is history. It was an outdoor wedding and just beautiful. Tracy and Michael came all the way from DC. More pics to come but these were some of the prelims. Jenny looked so pretty and all the decor was equally beautiful. Congratulations Guys!!! After a honeymoon in Napa the couple will reside in Atlanta. We hope to have them over for dinner next weekend!

Easter Sunday!

We serve a Risen Lord!!!! One of the things that struck with me after the sermon was Vic said the disciples were excited because Jesus was Alive! They didn't run around saying, oh eternal life! They were just glad to have a Lord that was with them day to day. Trying to get a shot where everyone is looking

So, Caroline is talking and I wanted to make a note of what she's saying. Example: Last night Dave was looking for the toothpaste. When he found it she said, " Yea, found it Daddy! Good Job Good Job Daddy!" She loves that phrase and is using it appropriately. She walks around saying Good Job swing set Daddy!
Example 2: She walks over to the rock wall on the swing set and says, "Climb up older". I said Caroline who told you that. She said "Ga Ga"!
Example 3: Folded clothes topple over and she says "D***". Ignoring her was the most appropriate form of "praise" with that word. Daddy and I are watching our every word....She nows says Darn it!

I will be 2 next week!!! And I am amazing my parents daily with my vocabulary and memory. I know my ABC's, can sing 8 nursery rhymes, and can count to 12! I think my Mommy is so proud of me!


She loves her little toys too. I will hear her in the playroom talking to her precious little dolls and pretending to call Emma Kate on the phone. It is so precious!!! She has also begun to sing ALL the time. Her favorite is I love you, you love me--Barney. She also likes Jesus loves me!!! I don't know how it's possible but she gets more precious everyday!

Friday night Nana kept Caroline and Davie and I headed out to Aria to celebrate Elizabeth's birthday! Again, much fun was had by all!! With this crew, plus story time, memories and wine... It's impossible not to laugh until your face hurts! Happy Happy Birthday Elizabeth. We love you!

The Fashion Show!

Caroline did a great job today in her second Neiman Marcus Fashioin Show! Thanks Meghan for asking us. Much Fun was had by all!!! She wore a Navy and White Florence Eisenman two piece outfit complete with the red bow and red sun sands to match. After announcing her name, they read her bio...which mostly included her hobbies..books, and doing puzzles! Should've added singing to that list amd playing on her new swing set! Anna Kathryn Ford, Caroline, and Elizabeth came out to see the lil miss priss! We love that family. Playing with some toys before the show begins
